Connect Claude (MCP)

Feedback Mango speaks MCP — the open protocol AI assistants use to work with outside tools. Connect it once and Claude can read your responses, dig through transcripts, set up new studies and run analyses, right from the conversation.

What the connection can do

The connector works on one organization — you pick which while connecting — and can do what any member of it can do, short of deleting anything:

  • Read everything. Studies and their configuration, responses with full transcripts and ratings, and every AI analysis.
  • Create and edit studies.Draft a study in conversation (“set up an NPS study for the checkout page”) and tweak settings later. Launcher looks are the one thing it leaves alone — those you style in the editor.
  • Run analyses. Kick off the same AI analysis the Insights tab runs, and read the results when they land.

It can’t delete studies, responses or analyses, and it can’t touch your team, domains or account.

Connecting from Claude

    Add the connector

    In claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste https://www.feedbackmango.com/mcp. In Claude Code it’s one command: claude mcp add --transport http mango https://www.feedbackmango.com/mcp, then/mcp to sign in.

    Approve the access

    Your browser opens Feedback Mango. Sign in if you aren’t already, pick the organization to share, and approve. No keys to copy — the connection is granted to your account and scoped to that one organization.

    Ask away

    “What are people saying in my checkout study this week?” is a good first question. Claude will find the study, read the responses and answer with quotes it can back up.

Managing and revoking access

Every connected app is listed on your Organization page under Connected apps, with when it was connected and last used. Disconnect one there and its access ends immediately — the person who connected it (or any owner) can do that at any time. Reconnecting is just the same flow again.

Other MCP clients work too

Anything that speaks MCP over HTTP with OAuth can connect the same way — point it at https://www.feedbackmango.com/mcp and it will walk you through the same approval screen.
