I built Feedback Mango because static surveys never got me to the bottom of customer pain points. The right follow-up question depends on what someone just said — a fixed form can't ask it, so I put a tiny AI interviewer on the site to ask it instead.

If something is broken, confusing, or missing, write to me and I'll get back to you myself — usually quickly, because your message doesn't have far to travel.

Feedback Mango is free while in beta. If you want to see it work, the homepage runs a live study you can try, and the docs take you from signup to a live widget in a few minutes.
