Hi — I'm Joakim, and Feedback Mango is my one-person project. I build software, and every time I shipped something I ran into the same wall: analytics told me what people did, but never why. Surveys were supposed to fill that gap, and mostly they collected three-word answers and silence.

So I built the tool I wanted: a tiny interviewer that sits on your site, asks the one question you care about, and — instead of filing the answer away — follows up on what the person actually said, the way you would if you were in the room. The conversations land in one place, and an AI analysis turns them into themes and a ranked list of things worth doing.

Being a solo project cuts both ways, so I'll be straight about it: there's no sales team to talk to, but there's also nobody between you and the person who wrote the code. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, write to me and I'll get back to you myself — usually quickly, because your message doesn't have far to travel.

Feedback Mango is free while in beta. If you want to see it work, the homepage runs a live study you can try, and the docs take you from signup to a live widget in a few minutes.
