Feedback Mango is a one-person project, so your message goes straight to the person who wrote the code: no ticket queue, no sales team, usually a reply within a day. If you're reporting a bug, naming the study or page where it happened helps me fix it faster; for anything about your account or data, write from the email address on the account.
